Accessibility at San Jose Movie Nights

We want everyone to be able to find a movie night, register, and take part in our community. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

Help using the website

If you have difficulty registering, using your account, or reading event information, email hello@sjmovienights.com. Tell us which page or task caused the problem and how you would like us to help. If useful, include your browser and assistive technology. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

Using the controls

You can navigate links and controls with the Tab key and activate buttons with Enter or Space. A “Skip to main content” link appears when focused. You can zoom text using your browser. Motion effects are reduced when your device requests reduced motion.

Movie nights and trivia

Venue access and facilities vary. Contact us before the event for specific information or to discuss an accommodation. Live trivia uses timed questions synchronized with the projector. Imported presentation slides may contain text inside images; not all presentation content has been verified for assistive technology. Contact us if you need help accessing that content.

We review accessibility as the website changes. This statement describes our goal and available support; it is not a certification that every page or third-party service fully meets WCAG. We welcome reports of barriers so we can investigate and improve them.
